Transparency in Coverage

Medica is supporting the Transparency in Coverage Rule by making machine-readable files (MRF) available for Medica customers by July 1, 2022.

  • The MRFs will be posted in JSON format, which is a machine readable language, updated monthly, and available on our unauthenticated site at Medica.com/price-transparency
  • Under the rule, self-funded customers are required to make the MRFs publicly accessible on their own website
  • The MRFs themselves will not be available until July 1

Please contact your Medica representative if you have questions or visit the CMS website for more details on the rule.
